Magnesium Marking and Stamping Dies
Accurate Marking & Manufacturing, Inc. is one of the largest producers of magnesium dies in the United States. We produce all sizes, thicknesses and depths of dies. We produce magnesium dies for all deboss, emboss, printing and foil stamping applications.
In-house artwork services are available. Same day service is provided for orders as needed.
Machining Capabilities
Since 1999 Accurate Marking & Manufacturing, Inc. has worked to enhance our machining capabilities and we have become a full-service, state-of-the-art machine shop that includes CNC machining, heat treating, and CMM measuring services. We specialize in prototype and job shop work. Our production capabilities run up to 2,000 pieces. We can work from customer drawings, 2D and 3D cad files. We also have the ability to reverse engineer existing components.
Our Story
Accurate Marking & Manufacturing, Inc. began in 1968 with a small shop in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh. After building a strong customer base, a new modern facility was constructed in the South Side of Pittsburgh in 1980 to accommodate the increased sales. Accurate Marking & Manufacturing, Inc. continued its growth by delivering quality products, on time, at a competitive price.
In the fall of 2004, Accurate Marking & Manufacturing, Inc. began breaking ground for a new facility in the Westmoreland County Business and Research Park. By May 2005, Accurate Marking & Manufacturing, Inc. was operating from our new 14,000 square foot facility, located on 2.5 acres. Outfitted with the newest technology, Accurate Marking & Manufacturing, Inc. has positioned itself to deliver quality products and services, to our customers across North America, now and into the future.
