EDM MACHINING

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) using the Makino EDGE3i RAM/Sinker EDM. This technology enables machining of intricate cavities, complex internal features, and hardened materials that are impossible or impractical with conventional cutting tools.

RAM EDM is ideal for tool and die work, injection mold cavities, aerospace components with complex internal geometries, and parts requiring extremely fine surface finishes in hardened steel or exotic alloys.

CMM INSPECTION

Dimensional verification using advanced Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines upon customer requirement. Our inspection department is equipped with both CNC and manual CMM capability, plus optical comparison for comprehensive dimensional verification.

We provide full inspection reports, first article inspection (FAI), and dimensional certification as required by customer specifications. Our inspection team is trained to AS9100 standards.
