We are currently seeking skilled manufacturing professionals to join our team in New Kensington, PA.
Operate and set up CNC vertical machining centers and turning centers to produce precision components for aerospace and defense customers. Work from engineering drawings and CAM programs.
Develop CNC programs for multi-axis machining centers and turning centers using CAM software. Optimize toolpaths for efficiency and quality on complex aerospace and defense components.
Perform dimensional inspection of precision machined components using CMM equipment, optical comparators, and hand measurement tools. Prepare inspection reports and certificates of conformance.
Lead and supervise a team of CNC machinists in a precision aerospace and defense machine shop. Manage production scheduling, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining AS9100 compliance.
